Happy Anniversary to Vicki and I!
4 years ago today, Vicki and I were in Hawai’i exchanging wedding vows. It really doesn’t feel like it’s been that long. My mom likes to remind me of how long it’s been, since that is also the last time we were in Hawai’i.
Vicki and I drove up to St. Augustine yesterday for an early anniversary dinner at the Columbia. We love that place! We always go up there to celebrate days like today. St. Augustine is a really cool place. I’ve told Vicki before that I would have liked to have proposed to her in front of the city gate in St. Augustine. We’ve been going there pretty much the entire time we’ve been together.
Anyway, the food at the Columbia was awesome, as usual. We both got mojitos which were really good. We started out with some black bean soup (of which I should have gotten just a cup instead of the huge bowl I did). We both ordered the palomilla, which was awesome. Yeah, I don’t know why anyone would care what we had for dinner, but there you go.
